7) New Business

  • Vote for CEDCORE 3-year reserve study contract approved for renewal unanimously
  • Issue 13408 driveway sinking, board reviewed and concluded it does need repair, owner had appealed the necessity.
  • Issue 9988 Discussed home paint job incomplete, a follow up letter to be sent to the owner to get it completed by Dec 26. Missed area around upper window and a few other small places.
